The conditions that apply to services purchased directly from Europe Travel Limited.

Europe Travel Limited, company number SC874625, registered office 5/7 Dryden Gait, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, EH7 4QR, is an independent travel agency business. We are not an embassy, consulate, visa decision-maker or government body.
Your service is limited to the items described in the written quotation, invoice or package description. We may provide document checklists, preparation support, application-form guidance, appointment-process guidance and travel-planning support. We do not guarantee approval, a processing time, a visa duration or an appointment date.
Regulated UK immigration advice or representation is not offered through this website. If your matter concerns permission to enter or remain in the UK, you should use an adviser authorised by the Immigration Advice Authority or a regulated lawyer.
Europe Travel Limited does not sell flight-inclusive packages or take payment for flights through this website. Travel-planning services are limited to research and itinerary guidance unless a separate written agreement clearly identifies a lawful agency arrangement and any applicable financial protection before payment. You can also review the CAA guidance on when ATOL protection is required.
The price displayed or quoted by Europe Travel Limited is the total mandatory fee for our service. Government, embassy, VAC, biometric, courier, insurance, airline, hotel and other third-party charges are excluded unless a written quotation expressly includes them. We will not add an undisclosed mandatory Europe Travel Limited fee after you have agreed the price.
Where a £50 booking deposit is shown, it forms part of the displayed total service fee and is not an additional fee. The balance and payment stage are shown before you purchase. Work may be paused if an agreed payment is overdue.
If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. If you ask us to begin the service during that period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work supplied before cancellation. If a service has been fully performed after your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may be lost where the law allows.
Once substantive work has started, any voluntary refund beyond your statutory rights will depend on the work already performed and any non-refundable third-party cost that you authorised. Embassy, government and third-party fees are governed by the relevant provider's refund rules.
Visa refusal does not by itself create a right to a refund because our fee is for the agreed preparation/support service, not for a guaranteed outcome.
You must provide truthful, complete and authentic information and documents, check the final application before submission, meet official deadlines and tell us promptly if your circumstances change. We do not create false bookings, false employment evidence, altered bank statements or other fabricated documents.
Official processing times and appointment availability are controlled by third parties and can change without notice. Any timing discussed with us is an estimate unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for decisions of embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, airlines, hotels, VACs or other third parties, or for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the client.
Please use our complaints procedure or email visa@europetravellimited.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 UK business days and to provide a substantive response as soon as reasonably practical.
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Scotland, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
These terms are intended to explain the commercial relationship clearly. If a bespoke or higher-risk service is agreed, a separate written agreement may apply.
